This is government taxation on consumer spending which applies to the service offered according to Nigerian law.

Typically, we shall install your service within 7 days from the date we receive your payment. However, this may vary based on unforeseen challenges that could arise from obtaining access permits and/or the level of civil works that may be involved. In the case of any of the challenges mentioned, our activation team will surely keep you updated regularly.

This is a pre-paid service, therefore all payments are made in advance.

The validity period for all data subscriptions is 30 days. However, for our fixed plans (SME plans), your connection will be suspended once your data allowance is depleted.

To rollover unused data on our Fixed (SME) Data plans, kindly ensure you renew your service subscription before subscription expiry or within 14 days after subscription expiry.

Data roll-over DOES NOT apply on Residential Unlimited Data Plans.
